1940's Lois Russell Honolulu dress done in a rich star jacquard silk. Lois opened her first store in Honolulu in 1943. She specialized in loungewear that was asian inspired. This dress has a cheongsam style with covered buttons and loops at an angle. Mandarin collar is encrusted with sequins and beads. The fan shaped pocket is also beaded and sequins and ha a hanging tassel. Wide sleeves. Curved hem slit on the side of the long skirt. Side metal zipper. Unlined.
