Details include a double layer skirt with crinkled taffeta! The bodice is made of faille satin with pin tucks and a detailed belt!  Of course the puff balls on the bodice. The back has an elastic back for stretch and a red bow sash to give the perfect fit!

Amazing double poofy sleeves detailed with rope trim and taffeta and lace ruffled sleeves! These will have a poofy white mesh petticoat all hemmed in horsehair braid for fullness. 

Pennywise wouldn’t be complete without a matching removable collar.

Important note~~ the size chart is the finished dress measurements not your child’s!! To measure: >>Chest~ under armpit measure all the way around the chest. This is a corset so very adjustable 

>Length~ place measuring tape at the CENTER of your daughters shoulder and follow it down to at least 2” -3” above the knee. That should be her length. It’s important to check both!
