Suggested Use

GHOST® Amino delivers a full 5G 2:1:1 BCAAs (2500MG Leucine, 1250MG Isoleucine and 1250MG Valine) per scoop.

EAAs (2.5g)

Everyone is jumping on the EAA bandwagon, but GHOST® Amino has been rocking 2.5G of additional EAAs per scoop since day one! While BCAAs are great for increasing protein synthesis and preventing muscle breakdown, it's crucial to supplement with all 9 EAAs to maximize these benefits.

Just incase you didn't get enough L-Citrulline from GHOST Legend® we've added a full gram to GHOST® Amino to supplement the 7.5G of total EAAs.
