The Liberty Freedom 36 gun vault gets its 40 minute fire rating at 1200 degrees Fahrenheit due to its layers of fireboard. The safe also has a Palusol heat-activated door seal that will expand to multiple times its size in the case of a fire to prevent smoke from entering the safe.

In terms of security, the Liberty Freedom 36 gun safe offers a defensive barrier of six total 4" wide by 3/16" thick military style locking bars - 6 times stronger in pry tests, plus the 14 gauge steel construction on the door and body.

Standard on this Liberty Freedom gun safe is a SecuRam Toplit Electronic Lock. The lock is protected by not only a re-locker to secure the bolts shut in the case of an attack on the safe, but it also comes with 3 hardened steel plates to protect against a drill attack. You can upgrade the lock to a mechanical lock option or we have other lock options available for this safe, as well.

The Liberty Freedom 36 gun safe comes standard with a textured black finish and chrome L-shape drop handle.

The interior of this Liberty gun safe is lined with a gray fabric and comes with adjustable or removable carpeted shelves: top shelf, side shelves and gun rack. On the door comes an organizing door panel that can store pistols and other small valuables with its sewn in holsters & pockets.
