All of our vinyl products are made with outdoor vinyl in a matte finish. The vinyl is waterproof and removable but NOT reusable. Decals have NO background. They can be applied to most flat surfaces and should not damage the surface if applied properly. Allow painted surfaces to dry for at least 24 hours prior to applying vinyl adhesives. Easy application instructions will be included. Colors on your computer may vary from the actual colors in our color chart depending on your screen resolution and picture quality.
